Chapman Cottage

This Charming 1,300 square foot ranch on the water can accommodate 6 guests, has two bedrooms, one full bath, and one garage stall available for renters’ use. There are 2 beds in one larger bedroom with a king and a single bed, and a queen sized bed in the second bedroom. A queen sized inflatable mattress is also available. No smoking allowed within the home also no pets are allowed on the premises. Number of guests cannot exceed 6. The cottage is located such that it has one of Door County’s best sunset views overlooking the water of Green Bay. The cottage is located within walking distance of Birmingham’s restaurant, and shopping just a few minutes away from Sturgeon Bay Wisconsin. The Chapman cottage rents for $880/week plus state and local taxes, with a 3 day minimum during Peak Season (June 1 - Oct 31). The off season rate (Nov 1 - May 31) is $735/week plus state and local room taxes, with a two day minimum during this period. A returnable security deposit of $300 is required.
